A Quick Note on Museum Hours
We love seeing you here, but a few reminders to help us keep things running smoothly…especially with October quickly approaching.
🕘 Please don’t arrive before 9 AM. Our staff needs time to get in and open the gate. If it’s still closed, please don’t park/block the driveway, that keeps us from getting in to unlock it!
🕐 Last entry to the site is 1:30 PM, and the buildings close at 2 PM. Once the exterior gate is closed for the day, that’s it, please don’t try to walk the property after hours. We’ve seen a rise in after-hours trespassing, and yes, we are watching those cameras. 👀
🚧 Gate open doesn’t always mean we’re open. Staff, volunteers, landscapers, maintenance, and deliveries come and go at random times. We’ve had reports of cars following staff in through the gate, leaving them unable to secure it without locking someone in on-site — so if you see a car pulling in (and you know we aren’t open), please don’t follow it through the gate.
✅ Our website, Facebook, and Google always have the most accurate, up-to-date hours. Currently we are open Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday ONLY from 9am–2pm.
